Organic Buckwheat Hull Pillow

The buckwheat pillow has been the companion to the shikibuton in Japan for centuries. The hulls move inside the case to take the shape of your neck and cradle the head, which keeps the spine in a neutral line and takes strain off the muscles. People buy them for neck pain, headaches and snoring, and keep them because the hulls never hold heat.

The case zips so you can remove hulls for a lower pillow. Buckwheat by the pound is sold separately for topping up.
