How do I keep up to date with new products, sales and promotions?

Subscribe to our newsletter from the homepage and we’ll let you know when new stock arrives, when sales are coming up (before the general public!) and when we have any promotions. You can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time.

Where do I find care information?

A lot of our products have care information in the product detail pages. In addition, each product arrives with care information specific to the brand and product.

How do I contact Jack and Jill Boutique?

You can contact us anytime by email at orders@jackandjillboutique.com or use the ‘Contact Us’ link from the homepage or product page and fill in the form.

The product I wanted is sold out, is there any way you can get this for me?

We will definitely do our best! Please email any requests to orders@jackandjillboutique.com and we’ll let you know if we can get sold out stock for you. Some back-ordered or harder to get products may be made custom for you, however we will let you know before ordering for you.

Do you ship internationally?

We do offer international shipping, but do not have a way to automatically calculate charges. We have flat rates for US and Canada for non-furniture items. For other countries, email us at orders@jackandjillboutique.com and we will estimate the shipping and create a custom listing for you. 

I need the product urgently; can you send this to me express?

In stock products can be processed and shipped within 2 days. Items usually ship via FedEx ground, UPS ground or USPS priority. If you require overnight, the charges will be invoiced if it can be supported. 

Can I change/cancel my order once it has been processed?

The sooner you let us know, the higher the chance that we can rectify it for you. Please email orders@jackandjillboutique.com. It may not be possible to cancel custom items that have moved to production and material has been modified.

What payment options do you accept?

Most credit cards, paypal as well as options to pay via cards stored on your amazon account.
