There is no sawing, no painting, and no shingling required! Simply follow step-by-step playhouse assembly instructions to create the play home of your child's dreams. All kids' playhouses are as shown in the photographs and colors are preselected. No painting is required! Shutters, walls, and the playhouse exterior are ready to go and interior walls are already painted white. The playhouses come in 20 to 30 parts which require assembly. Wall panels are painted, but windows, doors, trim and roofing require installation. Assembly takes 8-16 man hrs. Basically, your child's playhouse can be ready for fun within a day or two!
