Yellow No One | Canvas Wall Art

NB1485

Designed by Grosch, Eleanor.

Stretched canvas art of Kangaroos enjoying the sunset over their beloved grasslands.

This artwork is custom printed upon order in Greenbox's San Diego facility. Giclee printing method is used to achieve optimum clarity and color resolution, printing onto an artist's grade premium canvas. Each piece is hand-stretched over a 1 ½inch deep all-natural wood frame. The canvas wraps around the sides providing a finished decorative edge. While not needed for these canvases, solid wood framing in a contemporary shadow box style is available in ten sizes and two color choices. Whether gallery-wrapped or framed, each piece arrives ready to hang in your home. Artist biography information is also included so that you may learn more about his or her inspiration, and perhaps strive to build a collection from that artist over time.

Artist

Eleanor Grosch's playful arrangements of line and form are sleek, minimalistic experiments in geometry. Whether it's an arched beak, a meandering tail or the sleek lines of a bicycle, Eleanor's illustrations rely on sparsely articulated lines to convey shape and motion. Her understated colors complement the subtlety of her forms and soften her sleek geometric compositions. Well-known for her unique modernist perspective on the feathered, the furry and the scaly, Eleanor brings a designer's edge and distinct mid-century aesthetic to all of her artwork. Eleanor draws inspiration from sources as diverse as the Spanish abstract painter Joan Miro and modernist illustrator Charley Harper. In 2010, Harper's estate asked Eleanor to redesign charleyharperprints.com. Eleanor's prints have even appeared on the site alongside Harper's work and that of Harper's descendants Edie and Brett Harper.
